Moderna & Pfizer Two Dose Vaccine and Janssen One Dose Vaccine available now

PLEASE NOTE:  Moderna & Pfizer are a two dose vaccine (28 days apart), your second dose will be EXACTLY four weeks from the date you select now and at the same Exact time slot

PFIZER PEDIATRIC DOSE are for 5-11 years old, and are a 2 dose vaccine that are given 3 weeks apart 

Boosters are now available for all three vaccines, Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen.

Vaccine Available to everyone ages 18+ years old, Pfizer available for 12+ years old, Pfizer Pediatric vaccine is available for 5-11years old and  all MUST reside, work, or receive health care in OAKLAND County 

All patients Must wear a mask to enter the pharmacy

Please show up to your appointment ON TIME exactly, please wait in your car if you arrive early

Vaccine is given at no charge to patients insured and uninsured, if insured please bring your PRESCRIPTION & MEDICAL insurance Card.
